Jeff Dixon
President and Co-Founder
With over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology Sector, After positions in Systems Engineering and Sales at IBM, Jeff co-founded DKM in 1991. Under his leadership, DKM has increased its presence in software representation and consulting in the Western U.S. Jeff holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. Jeff is an adjunct professor in the MBA program at the University of Redlands School of Business, where he instructs in numerous IT subjects. Jeff has been on the Boards the San Marino Community Athletics Association, the San Marino Tennis Foundation, The Church of Our Saviour (San Gabriel), and is currently an Associate Trustee on the San Marino Schools Foundation.
Aaron Johnson
Director
Aaron is a leader in sales and marketing in the iSeries software and hardware solutions arena. Aaron helps clients with software requirements definition, hardware sizing, high availability, outsourcing, facilities management, and software/hardware maintenance configuration assistance. Aaron holds a BA and MBA from the University of California, Riverside. Aaron is currently serving as the President of the LAPICS chapter of APICS., the leading international educational resource for manufacturing professionals.
Kevin Clossman
Director of Consulting Services
Kevin has over 30 years of experience in the IT consulting sector, including domain expertise in the ERP for iSeries product. A leading national MAPICS (XA) consultant, Kevin helps clients with business process re-engineering, migrations, shop floor setups, education and training, ERP project implementations, programming, and order flow analysis. Kevin holds a BS from Youngstown State College, Ohio.
Mark Paulson
Senior Consulting Manager, Infor SyteLine
Mark is a leading national consultant with Infor Syteline. Mark brings over 20 years of experience in implementing the Symix and Syteline ERP solution. Mark's expertise is implementing the full Infor Syteline suite. He also has experience with the Epicor ERP product line. Mark holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine.
Kate Loin-Barron
Regional Sales Manager, Infor ERP
Kate brings 10+ years experience in sales and marketing of ERP and other software solutions in the manufacturing sector. Prior to joining DKM, Kate was a Senior Sales Representative with Epicor Software in Irvine, CA. Kate consults with Infor SL and Point.man clients and prospective clients in the Western United States, in defining and achieving their business and software implementation goals. Kate holds a MBA from US International University and a BA from SUNY, Binghamton, NY.
Murat Sehidoglu

With over 25 years of experience in the IT Sector, Murat provides leading edge manufacturing consulting to his clients. He is currently the President of A&R Engineering, a aerospace manufacturing company in Carson, CA. Prior to co-founding DKM, Murat held executive positions at Transamerica and IMO Industries. Murat holds an industrial engineering degree from Robert College (Istanbul, Turkey) and an MS/MBA from the University of Southern California. Murat serves on the advisory board of DKM.
Kevin Fox
Senior Consultant, XA
Kevin has extensive executive experience with manufacturing companies and consulting firms. He is considered an expert in the financial applications of XA, including the IFM applications. Kevin has been on the management teams of Fadal Machining Centers, CEIMIS, and Kloehn Co. Inc.
