DKM Implements Infor ERP Syteline and Field Service at Diversified Communications

Diversified Communication Services (DCS) has served the wireless community throughout California and Nevada for more than 20 years. DCS is a full-service RF contractor specializing in PCS/Cellular, Microwave, and Satellite installations, testing, and maintenance. They work with commercial radio communications systems, personal communications services systems and cellular services systems.

Since the mid '90s, DCS has blossomed into a highly successful corporation, with 50+ employees. While satellite and television services remain at its foundation, DCS has focused on the immense popularity of cell and PCS telephones, and as a result has become a wireless wunderkind of the 21st century.

After due deliberation, discussion and evaluation, the management team at DCS selected SyteLine 7 as their software system, along with the SyteLine service module, Field Service Plus. This new ERP/Field Service system will greatly improve the productivity and efficiency of DCS' current business processes. Specifically, they will now be able to track all of their jobs through SyteLine 7, and collect the data required to create the operational and financial reports they need for making critical operational and management decisions.
